“I want to praise and compliment the entire staff for their hard work and care. They are always making sure all our needs are taken care of. The dietary staff in the kitchen works so hard preparing our food,  always having the food out on time, and making sure everyone has exactly what they ordered. The CNAs all work so hard and take time with each resident to give so much love.

When the staff is short, no one complains about extra work they have to do. The nurses that make sure that we get our medications on time are our guardian angels. Without them, we wouldn’t be here. Stephanie the activity director is always making sure that everyone is doing something all day long, no matter how she feels.  We play games, watch movies, and create crafts, not to mention all the treats she makes for all the holidays. What would we do without therapy? They are a godsend, working from early in the morning to late in the evening. What an amazing group!

Raj, our administrator, makes sure that North Point is a 5-Star facility with all his love and caring for all the residents. We all thank him! I think I speak for everyone when I say that North Point is where everyone that needs care should be.”
